the location worked fine as it was near everything i needed.
also, housekeeping seemed a bit inconsistent. One day they forgot to refill my toiletries and i had to call twice to get some shampoo. the tv kept losing connection. I barely watched it.

sleek design smartly designed room great location really good staff
the design is sleek. rooms are smartly designed. the location is on the border. it is an easy walk to the marais. the hotel also has a rooftop, you have to grab a reservation. staff.
i had to wait a long time to place the order. i waited a long time to be served. our dog was charge for the whole stay.

the hotel provides sauna access, guests need to book times in advance. the rooftop bar gives amazing views of the city, especially during the evening. the hotel prepares breakfast boxes on request.

the hotel location was central. it was within walking distance of notable sites. i also appreciated the gym. it included a sauna, which i found beneficial after long days.
the housekeeping was not good. coffee cups had residues. spoons had unknown granules. i also requested a refill of the body lotion, but it never happened.

a good stay!
thoughtful touch quiet street rooftop view comfortable pillow
The new hotel has thoughtful touches everywhere. the mattress and pillows ensured i slept very well. the location on a quiet street meant no tourist crowds bothered me. All attractions were still close! the rooftop bar had fantastic views, especially in the evening.
the drapes in my room were a bit too small for the windows. this meant light came in early, so a sleep mask is helpful.

the staff answered all my questions with a positive and professional attitude. i appreciated their polite and friendly manner ! it made a big difference.

the staff was very attentive and kind. i found the location to be quite convenient , near many eateries.
